David Chapman, professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD), has spent December and January in Bangkok, Thailand and Kampala, Uganda working with regional university networks on start-up activities associated with the One Health Workforce (OHW).  While the OHW project is located in the College of Veterinary Medicine, Chapman was named as Project Director in recognition of his work in the area of cross-border collaboration in higher education.
