Congratulations to current ICD doctoral students Alison Giovanelli, Chelsea Hetherington, Madelyn Labella, Emily Ostergaard, and Adrienne VanZomeren-Dohm for being awarded prestigious three-year National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship awards, as well as to Eric Thibodeau and Kelly Jedd who received Honorable Mentions. The NSF fellowship draws applications from across the nation and is extremely competitive, and both Fellowship awards and Honorable Mentions are a great testament to the outstanding quality of an applicant’s work and ideas.
