Funded by UNICEF Armenia, the partnering universities are collaborating to ensure that inclusive education practices that were proven in the U.S. can be adapted to Armenia and their usability and feasibility understood in that central Asian country. Rafik Mansour (right), Deputy U.S. Ambassador to Armenia, opened the conference where the partnership was launched, as reported in local media, including The Armenian Post. Susan O’Connor (second from left) and Christopher Johnstone (second from right) also work on the project.
