Dunja Antunovic, Ph.D., assistant professor in the School of Kinesiology and director of the Media Analysis Research in International Sport (MARIS) research group, gave a talk at the University of British Columbia on October 20, 2023 titled “Feminist Sports Media Studies: Past, Present, and Future Directions.” The talk was in collaboration with the Mobilizing Sport and Sustainability Collective, which operates in association with the UBC Centre for Sport and Sustainability (CSS), working to promote awareness of the interconnections between sustainability and sport.
