Bijwadia presents at the 2022 Mayo Clinic Musculoskeletal Research Symposium

Shefali Bijwadia, a second year medical student and researcher in the Skeletal Muscle Plasticity and Regeneration Laboratory (SMPRL), led by Sarah Greising, PhD, associate professor in the School of Kinesiology, attended and presented research at the combined Mayo Clinic and University of Minnesota Research Symposium held in Rochester, September 14, 2022. Shefali presented a poster entitled, “Drug Therapies after Volumetric Muscle Loss Injury: Recovery of Function and Muscle Mass with Formoterol.” The study is co-authored by SMPRL current and former lab members, Christiana Raymond-Pope, PhD, Tommy Lillquist, and Alec Basten, as well as Drs. Jarrod Call and Sarah Greising.
