The 32nd Annual Oleanna Book Sale will take place on Tuesday, December 10 from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. and Wednesday, December 11 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. in the Shirley G. Moore Laboratory School Gym (Room 40).
Come and browse through a large assortment of quality children’s literature. Pick up some holiday, birthday, and special occasion gifts. If you’re a Lab School parent, you can even purchase a book for your child’s classroom! Most books are discounted 40 – 50%. Cash, checks, and credit/debit cards accepted. A portion of the proceeds from the sale will earn books for the Lab School.
The sale will offer a variety of appealing, affordable books for infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, as well as a parenting section and some family read-alouds. Find a thoughtful selection of:
- picture books
- poetry, fiction, and nonfiction
- board books
- beginning-to-read books
- special topics such as feelings, toileting, and new babies
Susan Oleanna, a parent of two grown readers, is an independent bookseller with a library degree from the University of Minnesota. She has enjoyed assisting parents, teachers, and children themselves with their book needs and wishes for many years.
