Zan Gao, Ph.D., director of Physical Activity Epidemiology Laboratory and associate professor in the School of Kinesiology, was recently appointed to the Editorial Board for the Journal of Clinical Medicine, an international scientific open access journal providing a platform for advances in health care/clinical practices, the study of direct observation of patients and general medical research. As an Editorial Board member, Dr. Gao will coordinate the review work in the fields of epidemiology and sports medicine, as well as organize specific issues in his areas of expertise. The Journal of Clinical Medicine has a current impact factor (2017) of 5.58.
