John Cogan, professor emeritus in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development, was recently granted an honorary doctorate in education from Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand, for his renowned expertise in education. This is one of the highest educational honors given in Thailand.
