FSoS Virginia Zuiker chosen for biennial Teaching Poverty workshop

ZuikerVirginiaDepartment of Family Social Science professor Virginia Zuiker has been selected to participate in the Institute for Research on Poverty’s inaugural Teaching Poverty 101 Workshop. The biennial workshop is designed to train and provide course materials to faculty who wish to develop poverty-related course content and will take place in June. The institute received more than five applicants for every position available in the workshop and Professor Zuiker is proud to be among the small group that was chosen.
