Dr. Elizabeth Jayanti received a Highly Commended Dissertation Award from the Emerald/European Foundation on Management Development for her dissertation “An Investigation of the Internal Corporate Factors of Organizational Learning and Innovation.”

Dr. Jayanti received her Ph.D. in the human resource development (HRD) track from the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD) in 2013. Her adviser was Dr. Alexandre Ardichvili.
