Mark Shinn

Mark Shinn (Ph.D. ’81), professor at National Louis University, received the School Psychology Distinguished Alumni Award from the Department of Educational Psychology. Prior to returning to the Midwest, he spent almost 20 years helping lead the University of Oregon’s school psychology program. Mark’s former advisees now work in more than 20 states in school districts, universities, and other leadership positions.
