Sandra Ahumada, a PhD candidate in the Institute of Child Development, has been selected to receive a P.E.O. Scholarship. The P.E.O. Sisterhood is is a philanthropic educational organization dedicated to supporting higher education for women. Sandra was nominated for the P.E.O. Scholarship by Chapter R of St. Paul, MN, and was one of 90 doctoral students from across the U.S. and Canada selected to receive a $15,000 scholarship.
