Hope Thilges

Hope recently completed her undergraduate degree from the Institute of Child Development in 2022 and is a research assistant in the Gunnar Laboratory for Developmental Psychobiology Research. This fall, she will begin as a first-year graduate student at the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology with a desired concentration in child and family psychology. Her research interests include the intersections of coping, cognitive processes, and the experience of stress in youth with forms of chronic illness, like chronic pain, in the hopes of supporting positive, holistic health trajectories and increasing access to healthcare services.
