Congratulations to Institute of Child Development (ICD) PhD candidates Shreya Lakhan-Pal and Alyssa Palmer. Both students participated in the 2022 Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC) Match and were successfully paired with doctoral clinical internship programs. Completing a one-year clinical internship is the final stage of doctoral training for students on the developmental psychopathology and clinical science track, alongside completion of a dissertation. Shreya and Alyssa will begin their positions this summer.

Shreya Lakhan-Pal will be joining the the UC Davis Medical Center.

Alyssa Palmer will join Children’s Hospital Los Angeles.
