Rich Wagner (Ph.D. ’06) rose to the office of president at Dunwoody Technical College, Minneapolis, just as the economy declined. Now he and his team are completely re-envisioning the nearly 100-year old institution. He says his grounding through CEHD prepared him to make major decisions quickly and confidently.
