OLPD graduate student named Bush Foundation fellow

Jamal Adam has been named a 2014 Bush Foundation Fellow. Jamal is a Ph.D. student in the higher education program track in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD).

A total of 24 exceptional leaders from across Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota and 23 Native nations are selected for this prestigious award.  A Bush Fellowship provides individuals with opportunities to demonstrate and improve their capacity for leadership as they learn by doing. The work of the Fellowship is to blend opportunities for personal development with efforts to effectively engage with others to create positive change within their communities.
