The Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD) is the leading international professional association in the human resource development (HRD) field. AHRD sponsors three conferences a year, in the Americas, in Europe, and in Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa (Asia-MENA). A requirement for a top-tier research conference is to have the scholarship of our OLPD faculty and students subjected to rigorous peer review, and for those papers accepted, to be present at the conference, sharing new discoveries.
Many faculty, students, and alumni from the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development (OLPD) attended the 2014 AHRD International Research Conference in the Americas Conference held February 19-22, 2014 in Houston, TX.
