Psych foundations student Jasmine Kim awarded Hauge Fellowship

Jasmine Kim

Jasmine Kim, a PhD student in the psych foundations program in the Department of Educational Psychology, has been granted the CEHD Hauge Fellowship.

Kim is a member of the Reading + Learning Lab, led by Dr. Panayiota (Pani) Kendeou. Her research focuses on how texts can be used to revise readers’ misconceptions and facilitate transfer of revised knowledge to new learning contexts. 

This award entails a $1,750 grant paid over the course of the academic year. Student recipients are determined by their research productivity in relation to the time they have been enrolled in their program. New or current full-time graduate students within any CEHD program or department are eligible to receive this fellowship.
