Thomas Smith, Ph.D., lecturer in the School of Kinesiology, has had two papers for presentation, and publication in the proceedings, of the 2014 Annual Meeting of the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society, that will convene in Chicago this October. The paper titles are: “Occupancy Quality Predictors of Office Worker Job Satisfaction” and “Variability in Human Performance – the Roles of Context Specificity and Closed-Loop Control.”
