Dr. Kringle presents at the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine Annual Meeting

Emily Kringle, PhD, OTR/L, Assistant Professor of Physical Activity and Health Promotion in the School of Kinesiology and Director of the Disability and WELLness Laboratory (DWELL), presented two symposia during the 100th Annual Conference of the American Congress of Rehabilitation Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia on November 1, 2023. The first symposium was titled “Leveraging Social Support to Promote Health-Related Quality of Life, Participation, and Activity After Stroke” and was presented with collaborators from Duquesne University (Elena Donoso Brown, PhD, OTR/L), Georgia State University (Sutanuka Bhattacharjya, PhD, OTR/L), and New York University (Grace Kim, PhD, OTR/L). The second symposium was titled “Restoring Physically Active Lifestyles Through Engagement in Meaningful Activities.”
