Dr. Nicole M. LaVoi, faculty in the School of Kinesiology and the associate director of the Tucker Center for Research on Girls & Women in Sport, gave a webinar on February 11 entitled “The Report Card: Update on Women in Collegiate Coaching” for the Alliance of Women Coaches’ Winter Webinar Series. LaVoi’s webinar focused on the results and current trends from her just-released research report on employment patterns of women coaching collegiate women’s teams, “2014-15 Head Coaches of Women’s Collegiate Teams: A Report on Select NCAA Division-I FBS Institutions,” now it its third year of publication.
