Greising presents at Orthopaedic Research Society Meeting

Sarah Greising, PhD, assistant professor in the School of Kinesiology and director of the Skeletal Muscle Plasticity and Regeneration Laboratory (SMPRL), presented at the Orthopaedic Research Society (ORS) Annual Meeting. The meeting was held in Tampa FL over February 4-8, 2022. Greising was invited to give a talk titled “Treating Secondary Denervation By Targeting ErbB2 After Volumetric Muscle Loss Injury” at the conference within the Skeletal Muscle – Mechanisms of Physiology and Pathology Symposium. 


Additionally, Dr. Greising, in collaboration with her fellow member of the ORS Women’s Leadership Forum (WLF) Dr. Megan Killian, organized a session on “Strategies for Negotiating Across the Career Spectrum”. This session provided tools and strategies for success and confidence in negotiations. The four invited session panelists, spaning academic disciplines and industry roles, provided examples from their career progression and their work in senior leadership positions.
