Donald R. Dengel, Ph.D., professor in the School of Kinesiology and director of the Laboratory of Integrative 
Human Physiology, is a co-author of an article published in the Journal of Pediatrics. The article, “Relationships of anxiety and depression with cardiovascular health in youth with normal weight to severe obesity,” analyzes the relationships between self-reported depression and anxiety symptoms among adolescents with cardiovascular disease risk factors and measures of vascular health.
