Alec Basten, MS student in exercise science and a research assistant in the Skeletal Muscle Plasticity and Regeneration Laboratory (SMPRL) directed by School of Kinesiology assistant professor Sarah Greising, PhD, wrapped up his track and field season with a great showing in the men’s 3,000-meter steeplechase at the NCAA Finals and the Olympic Trials.
