Stoffregen presents at Motion Sickness Workshop in Caen, France

Tom Stoffregen, PhD, professor in the School of Kinesiology and director of the Affordance Perception-Action Laboratory (APAL), recently gave a keynote presentation entitled, “Opportunities for the Sensory Conflict Theory of Motion Sickness,” at the Motion Sickness Workshop in Caen, France. The meeting brought together leading specialists around the world studying motion sickness. Motion sickness and its models, empirical evidence, open questions, postural control and stability, vestibular system and multisensory integration were major topics that were presented during the three day event.
