The Tucker Center for Research on Girls & Women in Sport‘s “Coaching HER” online tool is highlighted in a recent CEHD Connect magazine article, “Helping girls reach their full athletic potential.” CoachingHER is a free online coach education program created through a partnership between Nike and the Tucker Center, led by director Dr. Nicole M. LaVoi. It offers short, flexible, and impactful modules that empower coaches to address gender bias and stereotypes, promoting a more inclusive and empowering sports experience for girls. The program’s goal is to become a central resource for coach education and foster positive changes in girls’ and women’s sports.
